FBiH Government seeks clarification: Who illegally sent cigarette samples to Mostar's Herkon

The Federal Government adopted a Conclusion obliging the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs to apply the Law on Quality Control of Certain Products in Import and Export, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

Federal market inspectors are obliged to submit requests for cigarette quality testing to companies authorized by decisions of the Federal Ministry of Trade.

The Director of the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs is tasked with conducting a control and by 31.12.2014 informing the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina about the illegal sending of samples for cigarette quality testing to the company "Herkon" d.o.o. Mostar, which is not authorized for this control.
