The FBiH Government today, by majority vote, did not accept the Proposal of the Decision on appointing Dragan Lukač as Director of the Federal Police Administration, in relation to the Decision of the Municipal Court in Sarajevo dated March 13, 2015, issued by judge Aida Hasić, writes the BiH news agency Patria.
Judge Hasić issued a Decision based on Dragan Lukač's lawsuit against the FBiH Government because they "prevented him from being the Director of the Federal Police Administration." He requested from the Municipal Court to issue a security measure, meaning that he should remain at the head of the FUP until the end of the dispute!
At the same time, the Government was informed that the Court has scheduled a hearing for March 30 of this year to determine the security measure.
As we learn, Lukač is still on annual leave, and as of March 31, he is officially a pensioner.
We remind you that the FBiH Government made a unanimous Decision on February 10, 2015, not to accept the final proposal of the Independent Board for the appointment of Dragan Lukač as Director of the Federal Police Administration.
However, the Independent Board, led by Sead Selman, with the help of the future Minister of Internal Affairs of FBiH, Aljoša Čampara, was firmly determined to keep Lukač at the head of the FUP due to various vested interests.
As Patria previously wrote, Čampara was looking for a suitable person who would make a decision in favor of Lukač.
