(Patria) - The Federal Government, which is in continuous session, today tasked the Federal Civil Protection Staff to urgently consider the issue and undertake activities regarding individuals who violate isolation measures, and to issue an order based on which the Federal Administration for Inspection Affairs, with the aim of protecting public health, will publicly disclose the first and last name, as well as the place of residence, of any individual found to be not acting in accordance with the imposed isolation measures.
This was also requested from cantonal administrations for inspection affairs and cantonal inspection bodies.
The Government tasked the Federal Civil Protection Staff to issue an order based on which cantonal and municipal/city civil protection staffs will be obliged within 24 hours to provide adequate accommodation for individuals found to have acted contrary to isolation measures.
Cantonal ministries of internal affairs are responsible, in accordance with the law, for the escort of individuals who have violated the ordered isolation measures.
