FBiH Government: Hadžibajrić building a football pitch on the site of the Faletići barracks

The Federal Government today extended the deadline for the temporary use of the Faletići barracks in Sarajevo's Stari Grad municipality from five to ten years, Patria reports.

According to the new identification carried out by the Stari Grad municipality, the total area of land allocated for use is, instead of 157,330 m², 162,321 square meters.

The municipality would use this land to build a football pitch and accompanying facilities. This is a barracks that is not of interest to the Ministry of Defence of Bosnia and Herzegovina and which was handed over by the Service for Joint Affairs of Bodies and Institutions of the FBiH to the Stari Grad Sarajevo municipality, headed by Mayor Ibrahim Hadžibajrić.
