FBiH Government Gives Consent: Acting Members of Sarajevo Airport Supervisory Board Appointed

(Patria) - The FBiH Government, at a telephone session, upon the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, gave prior consent for the appointment of acting members of the Supervisory Board of the Public Enterprise (JP) Sarajevo International Airport, until the completion of the tender procedure, and for a maximum of three months.

By the decision, Faris Godinjak, Mirela Kapetanović, and Ajla Popovac Behmen were appointed as acting members of the Supervisory Board.

As explained, the adoption of this decision is necessary for the continuity of the work of the management bodies and operations of JP Sarajevo International Airport.

Prior to that, prior consent was given for the dismissal of the previous members of the Supervisory Board, due to a ruling by the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH.

As stated by the proposer in the explanation, in order to ensure the legality, stability, and unimpeded operation of the public enterprise, the conditions for the dismissal of these members of the Supervisory Board have been met.

The dismissal is made due to the execution of a court order.

Also, Tomislav Stapić was authorized today to participate in the work and decision-making at the upcoming Assembly of the Business Company JP Sarajevo International Airport d.o.o. Sarajevo.
