Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić confirmed that in the coming weeks the Government will appoint a commissioner regarding Konzum, a subsidiary of Agrokor, who will have rights for enhanced supervision, but will not interfere in business decisions, adding that this will protect the rights of workers and producers as they will be settled first, reports Patria agency.
Prime Minister Novalić also assessed that the Agreement on Cooperation between Croatia and the BiH entity of Republika Srpska on the implementation of the project "Natural Gas Supply to the End Customer - Brod Oil Refinery" constitutes interference in state competencies. However, he clarified that the Federation is supplied from Zvornik, not Slavonski Brod, and gas in the Federation depends on the Agreement with Hungary, which transfers gas and is valid until 2022, and the Agreement with Serbia, which has expired, and efforts are being made to create a new one, adding that the gas is Russian.
Novalić stated that an increase in the number of employed persons by 35,972 has been recorded.
