Vispak's Stampi at the top of the "healthy food" pyramid of the Association of Chefs in BiH

On the occasion of World Chefs Day on September 18, the festival „Gastro provincija u pozadini“ (Gastro Province in the Background) will be held in Gradačac. „Ishrana školske djece i omladine“ (Nutrition of school children and youth) is this year's theme of the festival, and the organizers of the event are the Association of Chefs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Vispak's cream spread STAMPI, with partners MSŠ „Hasan Kikić“ and Gymnasium „Mustafa Novalić“, reports the Patria News Agency.

The event aims to promote the improvement of nutrition for school children and youth, promote the gastronomic values of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as promote the profession of chef as a significant link in the chain of tourism and gastronomic offer of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The nutrition of school children and youth is a topic that is, unfortunately, rarely discussed in our country. Therefore, the goal of the project in Gradačac is to take active measures to improve the quality of nutrition for children and young people, and to promote the concept of healthy living in general. We proudly emphasize that Stampi is at the top of the "healthy food" pyramid prepared by culinary experts from the Association of Chefs in BiH, said Armin Hodžić, Head of Sales and Marketing at Vispak d.d. Visoko.

The production of Stampi uses the highest quality freshly roasted and ground hazelnuts, which, as an excellent source of nutrients, unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, are particularly beneficial for the nutrition of children and young people.

Also, Klas flour, as the holder of the Golden Medal for Quality at the Food Fair in Gradačac, is an indispensable part of the event.
