(Patria) - The Higher Commercial Court in Banja Luka ruled that BHRT must pay RTRs over 17.7 million BAM, RTRs announced.
With a final verdict from this court, BHRT is obligated to pay RTRs the amount of 7,391,250 BAM for the use of fixed radio links.
Furthermore, based on the final verdict, the court also ruled that BHRT must pay the same amount, which has reached the principal, 7,391,250 BAM, as statutory default interest.
For the distribution of marketing revenue, BHRT owes RTRs 2,017,727.85 BAM and for interest for the same period, 844,030.61 BAM.
