VIP Guest of the Judiciary: New Details Confirm Dodik's 'Acquittal' Was Agreed Upon

(Patria) - Milorad Dodik, president of the RS entity and suspect for attacking the constitutional order of BiH, "voluntarily" appeared before the BiH Prosecutor's Office. At least that's what the joint statement of the Prosecutor's Office and the BiH Court says.

The hearing was held, his detention was lifted, because, as they state, "there are no longer reasons" for his detention.

But what they didn't tell us is what that day looked like in reality.

According to information from the portal istraga.ba, agreements were made with Dodik's team for days. Agreements with the "fugitive," who had not responded to judicial institutions for three and a half months.

And according to Patria's findings, Dodik entered the judiciary building through the VIP entrance. Specifically, at 13:50, through the lower gate, which cannot be entered without special permission.

For this to be possible, clear conditions had to be met; the head of internal control had to give consent.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office had to submit a request, and the president of the BiH Court, Minka Kreho, had to give approval. And they fulfilled all of that.

Dodik, who was ordered into detention, entered the judicial institution as a VIP guest. Not as an accused. Not as a suspect for overthrowing the state. But as someone who knows how the system works, because someone drew it for him.

In a country where fighters of the Army of RBiH are tried for war crimes, and indictments are fabricated under someone's dictate, Dodik is welcomed with "proper treatment." Behind him remains the message that the law is not the same for everyone. And the judiciary was neither, nor is it ours anymore.

There is no longer any doubt, this was not a legal process. This was a procedure of handing over not Dodik to the judiciary, but the judiciary to Dodik.
