VIK calls for rational water use: Let's preserve stable water supply together

(Patria) - A prolonged period of extremely high temperatures, which according to forecasts will continue in the coming days, has further burdened our water supply system and caused a reduction in water resources at all
our sources, especially at the Bačevo source, VIK announced.

This situation significantly affects the water supply system and requires additional efforts to ensure a regular supply of water to all consumers.

"Our field teams are making maximum efforts every day to maintain a stable system. In the last three months alone, nearly 900 malfunctions have been repaired, thus preventing the endangerment of supply to a large number of households and business entities.

We appeal to all citizens to be conscientious and use water rationally, especially during periods of highest consumption. We ask you to avoid unnecessary watering, washing vehicles, and wasting water for non-essential purposes.
