
(Patria) - The Council of Ministers will, at today's extraordinary session, consider the proposal of the decision on the principles of distribution of material and financial international aid for protection and rescue.
Ministers will also consider the proposal of the decision on accepting macro-financial assistance from the EU and the proposal of the decision on amendments to the decision on exemption from calculation and payment of indirect taxes and the refund of already paid indirect taxes on equipment and means donated by domestic and international entities for the needs of prevention, control and elimination of the epidemic caused by the coronavirus.
The agenda of the session also includes information on the procedures for receiving donations to BiH intended for response and containment of the spread of infectious disease caused by the coronavirus.
Ministers will consider the Draft Law on temporary measures in the work of judicial and other bodies of BiH during a state of natural or other disaster, as well as the proposal of the decision on restricting the movement and stay of foreigners in BiH.
The agenda also includes the proposal of a decision on appointing acting agents of the Council of Ministers before the European Court of Human Rights and information on the situation and activities related to the issue of disposal of radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel at the Čerkezovac site in Trgovska Gora in Croatia, it was announced from the Council of Ministers.
