(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina today considers a proposal for a peaceful resolution of a dispute pending against BiH before a court in Belgium, related to the 2022 ICSID Tribunal ruling in the case of Viaduct d.o.o. Portorož and others. Also, a decision is being made on the engagement of a law firm representing BiH in this proceeding.
On the agenda is also information on the emergency situation in BHANSA, caused by mass sick leave of operational staff.
Ministers are also faced with appointments of the Deputy Director of SIPA, the General Director of RAK, as well as proposals for opinions on amendments to the Law on Borrowing, the Law on the Court of BiH, and the Criminal Code.
The status of digitalization of public RTV services, the rulebook on the organization of the Border Police of BiH, and a series of information related to defense, anti-corruption, and preparations for the 2025 fire season will also be considered.
