Council of Ministers unanimously decided: January 2nd will be a day of mourning in BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - After the Government of the Federation of BiH declared January 4th a Day of Mourning due to the tragedy in Posušje, the state government unanimously did the same.

The Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today's extraordinary telephone session, adopted the Decision on declaring January 2, 2021, a Day of Mourning in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

, due to the tragic death of eight young people from the Municipality of Posušje from the consequences of gas suffocation.

On the Day of Mourning, flags will be flown at half-mast, all cultural and sports events will be postponed, and the media are obliged to adjust their programming.

We remind you that eight young lives, four young men and four young women, died on New Year's Eve after most likely suffocating from gas.
