Council of Ministers forms Ad hoc Negotiating Team for negotiations with Galames doo Dragan Čičić

(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH adopted the Information of the Attorney's Office of BiH on the request for negotiations prior to initiating arbitration proceedings, which was submitted on behalf of the investor MI GALAMES d.o.o. and its owner Dragan Čičić by the law firm "Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher" GmbH from Zurich, Switzerland.

At the session, a Decision was also adopted on the appointment of ad hoc members of the Negotiating Body of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the peaceful resolution of international investment disputes in this proceeding, which appointed three representatives from relevant institutions of Brčko District of BiH.

The conclusions provided appropriate assignments to the members and ad hoc members of the Negotiating Body of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the peaceful resolution of international investment disputes regarding cooperation with the Attorney's Office of BiH and holding a meeting with representatives of the investor concerning the consideration of possibilities for peaceful resolution of this investment dispute.

The Attorney's Office of BiH is obliged to regularly inform the Council of Ministers of BiH about the negotiations.
