Council of Ministers of BiH discusses temporary suspension of customs rates for goods from the USA

(Patria) - The 80th session of the Council of Ministers of BiH has been scheduled for today in Sarajevo, starting at 2:00 PM. The agenda includes 22 items with numerous sub-items.

State ministers are expected to discuss the Report on the execution of the budget of BiH institutions and international obligations of BiH for 2024.

The agenda also includes the Proposal of the Decision on the temporary suspension of customs rates for the import of goods originating from the United States of America.

Furthermore, the Consolidated Annual Report on resolving administrative matters in administrative proceedings for 2024 should also be presented to the ministers.

The Draft of the Basis for initiating the procedure for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on enhanced cooperation and the discovery of electronic evidence, as well as the Draft Agreement on a Loan (Just Energy Transition Project in Selected Coal-Rich Regions of BiH) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the Agreement, are also on the agenda for today's session.

The Council of Ministers of BiH should also consider the Draft Grant Agreement - Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF) - Safe and Sustainable Transport Program (SSTP) - (Sustainable, Integrated, and Safe Road Infrastructure Project) between BiH and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development/International Development Association acting as the Lead Financial Institution for WBIF-SSTP, with the Basis for the Conclusion of the Agreement.

The Council of Ministers of BiH should also consider the proposals of answers to 30 parliamentary questions.
