(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH today again failed to adopt the information on the implementation of activities for the harmonization of the Reform Agenda of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with the accompanying Reform Agenda and List of Reforms.
Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Staša Košarac (SNSD) voted against in the first round of voting.
Minister of Finance Srđan Amidžić is not attending today's session.
The second round of voting will take place at the next session of the Council of Ministers of BiH, which should be held in a few days. Marta Kos, European Commissioner for Enlargement, will visit BiH next week.
The adoption of the Reform Agenda is crucial for BiH's access to funds from the Growth Plan and for avoiding the announced additional sanctions, after we lost EUR 108.5 million in July.
If this document is not adopted by the end of September, BiH will face the withholding of an additional EUR 108.5 million, and possibly complete elimination from this European Commission program.
