Council of Ministers of BiH still without draft laws: Agreements, decisions, reports on the agenda...

(Patria) - A session of the Council of Ministers of BiH will be held today starting at 2 PM, and there are no laws on the agenda.

Several agenda items relate to a series of agreements, decisions, working groups.

Also on the agenda is the Draft Basis for conducting negotiations for the conclusion of amendments to the Military Financial Cooperation Agreement between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Implementation Protocol on Financial Assistance between the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, proposed by the Ministry of Defence of BiH.

Ministers will also consider the Proposal of the Decision on amendments to the Decision on salary supplement for employees in the State Investigation and Protection Agency who perform complex IT application tasks, proposed by the Ministry of Security of BiH, as well as the Proposal of the Decision on forming a Working Group for drafting the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention and Suppression of Narcotic Drug Abuse.

Also on the agenda are 55 reports on the work of the institutions of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2024.

There are no appointments on the agenda, or at least they have not been announced. The final agenda is determined before the session itself, so changes to the proposed order of items are possible.
