(Patria) - The Council of Ministers of BiH will hold its 51st session today in Sarajevo, starting at 3 PM.
State ministers will consider the Draft Rules of Procedure of the Council of Ministers, proposed by the Ministry of Justice of BiH, as well as the Draft Decision on the Adoption of the Strategy for Combating Corruption 2024-2028 and the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for Combating Corruption 2024-2028.
The agenda also includes the Draft Decision on the Appointment of Members of the Interdepartmental Working Group for the Preparation of the Draft Law on Development and Humanitarian Aid of BiH to Third Countries, as well as the Draft Decision on Determining the Amount of Monetary Compensation for Work in Military Disciplinary Councils within the Ministry of Defence of BiH and the Armed Forces of BiH.
Furthermore, the agenda includes the Draft Decision on the Appointment of the Working Group for the Preparation of the Draft Rulebook on the Implementation of the Law on Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorist Activities, and the Draft Decision on Determining the Plan for Admission of Cadets to Police Agencies at the BiH Institutions Level in 2024.
The Council of Ministers will also consider the reports on the work of 52 state institutions for 2023, including: the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of BiH, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, the Ministry of Communications and Transport of BiH, the Ministry of Civil Affairs of BiH, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of BiH, the Ministry of Security of BiH.
Also among these institutions are the Ministry of Defence of BiH, the Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of BiH, the Ministry of Justice of BiH, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Directorate for European Integration of BiH, the Directorate for Economic Planning, the Institute for Accreditation of BiH, and the Food Safety Agency of BiH.
