(Patria) - With the votes of SDP, Our Party, NiP, HDZ and satellites, Marin Vukoja, an HDZ candidate, was elected judge of the Constitutional Court of BiH. The only one from SDP against was Damir Mašić.

This is the most important news from the 11th regular session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH Parliament. However, the process is not over, given that there are still issues related to the violation of procedures in Vukoja's election, which is why a request for an assessment of constitutionality will be sent to the Constitutional Court of FBiH, and the Venice Commission's Opinion is also awaited.

Otherwise, at today's session, the Speaker of the House, Mirjana Marinković Lepić, was dismissed, and Dragan Mioković (Our Party) was elected in her place.

Also, members of FERK were appointed at the session, as well as Jelka Milićević as deputy director of the FBiH Banking Agency.

The Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Allocation and Direction of Part of the Revenue of Companies Earned from the Use of Hydroaccumulation Facilities, the Proposal for a Law on Amendments to the Law on Determining Settlements and on Amendments to the Names of Settlements in Certain Municipalities, proposed by Slaven Raguž, and the Draft Law on Liquidation Proceedings Strategy for the Prevention and Fight Against Domestic Violence 2024-2027 were adopted.

Several decisions on granting consent to energy permits and statements were also adopted at the session.
