Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivica Dačić, during his visit to Argentina, spoke to gathered officials in Buenos Aires, and on that occasion told an anecdote about how he watched the Germany - Argentina match with the German and Argentine ambassadors in the final of the FIFA World Cup, reports the Patria news agency.
This video has already become a hit on the internet, and some accuse Dačić of having had a few drinks too many while speaking so inspiredly.
