(Patria) - Mostar's Velež defeated Sarajevo with a minimal 1:0 at their stadium in the 16th round of the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The guests threatened first in the third minute of the match - Beganović crossed, but Velež defenders cleared it.

In the 18th minute of the match, the home team threatened for the first time. Vehabović made a nice run, then crossed, but Beganović cleared the ball in front of Suljić, the former captain of Sarajevo.
A very nice atmosphere prevailed at the "Rođeni" Stadium. Fair cheering was heard from both sides. Something we would like to see at all stadiums across Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Suljić tried to surprise Šahinović with a shot, but it was a poor attempt by the Velež player.
Đuričković reacted brilliantly in the 37th minute of the match, when he "took" the ball off the head of Velež's top scorer Nermin Haskić, reports SCsport.ba.
Velež was somewhat more concrete in the very end of the first half. Vehabović shot brilliantly in the 40th minute, but Sarajevo's young goalkeeper saved it.

In the second half, Oreč crossed in the 50th minute of the match, but once again Šahinović easily saved it.

Velež crowned their better play with a goal in the 65th minute of the match. Šturm crossed superbly, and Vehabović unopposed scored a header. This is also the second goal of the season for Velež's midfielder.
In the 78th minute, substitute Kyeremeh scored for Sarajevo, but his goal was disallowed for offside. It was the correct decision by the referee.
An incredible fact is that Sarajevo did not manage a single shot on target.
In the 90th minute, Halilović tried to surprise Sarajevo's goalkeeper from a free kick.
Until the end of the match, it remained 1:0 for Velež, followed by celebrations by the home players and fans.
