
(Patria) - Federal Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Toni Kraljević today, while presenting the FBiH Budget Proposal for 2025, stated that the budget amounts to 8,248,547,700 KM and is larger by 773.7 million KM or ten percent compared to the previous year.
Revenues from personal and corporate income tax are planned at 117.8 million KM, while contributions for pension and disability insurance are planned at 3,618.9 million KM, and revenues from indirect taxes, collected on the single account of the Indirect Taxation Authority, are planned at 2,482.2 million KM, which is an increase of 205.3 million KM compared to the previous year.
- Regarding the expenditure side structure, expenditures in the Federation budget amount, of course, to 8,248,574,700 KM and are higher by 773.7 million or ten percent compared to the previous year. The current reserve of the Federation Government amounts to 5.245 million KM – he said.
He emphasized that gross salaries and compensation for regular work are planned for 8,690 employees. The total planned financial resources in the Federation budget for 2025 under this item amount to 343.9 million KM, representing an increase of 41.3 million or 14 percent compared to the amount in the FBiH budget for 2024, correlated with the increase in the base, i.e., the signed agreement with the union.
Deputy Prime Minister Kraljević, speaking about material costs in the Federation budget for 2025, said that funds for this are provided in the amount of 160.9 million KM, and that they are higher compared to the previous budget year by 11.4 million or eight percent.
He emphasized that current transfers and financial assistance to cities and municipalities, i.e., for the remediation of damage caused by floods, are provided in the amount of 50 million KM.
- Current transfers to other levels of government and funds related to clinical centers in the Federation of BiH amount to 45 million KM, in accordance with the Law on Health Care of the Federation of BiH – said the federal deputy prime minister.
He emphasized that current transfers for the implementation of the Law on Parent Caregivers in the Federation of BiH are planned in the amount of 39 million KM, which is ten million more compared to 2024.
The transfer for biomedically assisted fertilization is provided in the amount of five million marks.
He added that current transfers to individuals, according to the Law on Support to Families with Children in the Federation of BiH, are provided in the amount of 166 million KM and are higher by 33 million KM compared to 2024.
