(Patria) - The Bosnian public was disturbed by a video posted on social media from the Pazarić Institution showing a man physically mistreating an elderly patient in an ambulance.
The mistreatment was recorded by another person, and at the end of the video, the man who was hitting and attacking the elderly person exits the vehicle smiling.

The footage sparked a wave of reactions on social media, and citizens are demanding an urgent and decisive response from the relevant institutions, reports Faktor.
