With support from the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina: Gathering of 400 mini champions on Saturday

On Saturday, 28 May 2016, at the Main City Square in Bihać, more than 400 children from different parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play fun football spreading UEFA's RESPECT idea, announced the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as reported by the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as a socially responsible organisation, faithfully supports this project, emphasising the importance of football and its inclusivity as a socialiser for all generations.

- Football as a team sport and the most popular sport in the world is a sport of gathering and friendship, and it is extremely important to enable children access to the game as a healthy way of growing up, even if it is fun football. The Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina has the privilege of being part of a positive story such as the project “Mini Champions” and I hope that the children from Bihać will return home with a smile on their faces, full of impressions and new acquaintances - said the Secretary General of NFSBiH, Jasmin Baković.

The project „Mini Champions” is organised by the humanitarian organisation Open Fun Football Schools, which for the fifth consecutive year in a second city of Bosnia and Herzegovina gathers children on the day of the UEFA Champions League final to connect with their peers from other parts of BiH and spend the day in joy and play.
