"They drowned in pitch darkness, I want the world to see this, let someone stop this"

One unfortunate Syrian buried his wife and two children today. The whole world met one of his sons, the image of little Aylan, washed ashore by the sea on the Turkish coast, horrified the public, and will forever serve as a reminder of the death of humanity and the lack of empathy among policymakers and fascist parts of society, reports the Patria News Agency.

The father and husband of the tragically deceased family said his last farewell to his loved ones today; they were buried in Kobane, from where they had fled full of hope. In the meantime, he learned that jihadists had killed 11 more members of his family.

-I just want to bury my wife and children and sit by their grave. The things that happened to us, in the country we came to as refugees, I want the world to see all of it. I want the world to notice us, to stop what is happening to us. Let this be the end, Abdullah Kurdi told reporters.

The father paid smugglers twice to take him and his family to Greece, but all efforts were unsuccessful. During the last attempt, water began to flood the boat, and when people stood up in panic, it began to sink.

-I held my wife's hand, and my children slipped from my arms. We tried to hold onto the boat, and everyone was screaming in total darkness. I couldn't shout loud enough for my children and wife to hear me.

The main goal of the unfortunate family was Canada, where Abdullah's sister lives.

-They didn't deserve to die, they were looking for a better life. This should not have happened, not at all. Honestly, I don't just blame the Canadian government, I blame the whole world for this, said Tima Kurdi, writes Index.
