
(Patria) - The National Assembly of RS today, at its eighth special session, adopted the Bill on Non-Application of Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the Territory of RS.
This is a bill by which provisions adopted by the Constitutional Court of BiH on the territory of RS will not be applied or respected.
Article 1 of the Law stipulates that decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will not be published, applied, or executed on the territory of RS.
Article 2 stipulates that the decisions from Article 1 of this law will not be applied or executed on the territory of RS until the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH adopts a Law on the Constitutional Court of BiH.
Until the adoption of the law from paragraph 1 of this article, the provisions of the law stipulating the publication of laws and other regulations of RS are temporarily suspended, in the part relating to regulations and other acts adopted by the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Article 3 stipulates that persons obliged to act according to the provisions of this law are exempted from criminal liability prescribed by the criminal legislation of BiH regarding criminal offenses related to the execution of this law and will be protected by the institutions of RS.
Out of 65 deputies, 56 voted for the adoption of the bill, and all were in favor. There were no votes against or abstentions, reports Faktor.ba.
