Constitutional and Legal Committee again blocks SDS and SNSD's Law on the Constitutional Court

At the session of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina (PABiH), compliance with the Constitution and legal system of BiH was again not established, and the principles of the Proposal for a law on amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, whose proposers are also representatives from the SNSD and SDS clubs, were not supported.

Also, at today's session, the Committee did not establish compliance with the Constitution and legal system of BiH, and the principles of the Proposal for a law on the Constitutional Court of BiH, whose proposers are also representatives from the SNSD and SDS clubs, were not supported.

The Proposal for a law on strikes of employees in BiH institutions, whose proposer is the Council of Ministers of BiH, was supported with three adopted amendments.

The Proposal for a law on amendments to the Law on ministries and other administrative bodies of BiH, whose proposer is the Council of Ministers of BiH, was supported without adopted amendments.

Among others, the initiative of representative Šemsudin Mehmedović for forming a Committee for the selection of the text of the BiH national anthem was supported and forwarded to further procedure.
