Constitutional Court of the Federation suspends proceedings in dispute over holding the 8th regular session of the House of Representatives

(Patria) - Pressure from the Constitutional Court of BiH on the judges of the Constitutional Court of FBiH has paid off. And not only that, the Constitutional Court of FBiH has taken it upon itself to be arrogant and send the Decision on suspending the proceedings at the request of 35 representatives related to the 8th extraordinary session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH to Parliament in Cyrillic.

However, Cyrillic is not the only problem in this whole story. The Constitutional Court of the Federation assessed that given that the focus of the session was the budget, i.e., the financial framework of the Federation for 2023, the consequences cease in 2024.

The request of 35 representatives was sent in November 2023, i.e., at a time when the consequences of the acts adopted at the 8th extraordinary session were ongoing, so it is unclear how the judges of the Constitutional Court of the FBiH claim that the consequences of these acts have ceased.

It is obvious that behind-the-scenes dealings have once again decided in favor of the destroyers of the constitutional and legal order in the Federation of BiH, and all while the big bell of the destroyers is on Milorad Dodik!
