USK: Reception for sports workers who successfully organized the 13th Friendship Games

Izudin Saračević, Prime Minister of Una-Sana Canton, received today representatives of the Sports Association of USK. Saračević hosted the reception for sports workers who worked on organizing the event 13th Friendship Games, held last weekend, reports the Patria news agency.

For the fourth time, USK was the host of this international sports event, which gathered around 300 young athletes from: Austria, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sports competitions in: basketball, volleyball, handball, futsal, chess, and table tennis were held in Bihać and Cazin, and the hosts also won the title of overall winner.

The Prime Minister of USK congratulated the sports workers on both the sporting success and the successful organization of the event.

"This Canton has successful athletes, and the Sports Association has proven itself as a successful organizer of sports events. Now this needs to be raised to a higher level, and when we, who are engaged in this sport called politics, adequately support quality sports development programs, the results will not be lacking," said Saračević, as announced by the Government of USK.
