(Patria) - The Management Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of Bosnia and Herzegovina held a session today via video link, but there was no quorum for decision-making, and the planned agenda items were not considered. Given that the Minister of Finance of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Jelka Milićević, could not attend today's session due to other obligations, the Chairman of the ITA Board and Minister of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vjekoslav Bevanda, closed the session because there was no procedural possibility for decision-making.
The ITA Board was supposed to consider decisions on determining temporary coefficients for the distribution of funds from the single account and settlements between entities for previous years at today's 43rd regular session. The agenda of today's session included, among other things, an initiative by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding amendments to the Value Added Tax (VAT) Law, as well as a report on the execution of the ITA budget for 2019.
