FK Željezničar Board Displeased with Play and Results, Sanctions to Follow

The Management Board of FK Željezničar analyzed the team's performance in the first six rounds of the championship and concluded that it is not satisfied with the results so far, especially the last defeat in Zenica against the team Mladost from Doboj Kakanj, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

- Following such games and achieved results, the coaching staff and players will be adequately sanctioned, and in the upcoming matches, a victory imperative is imposed.

In a joint address to the Management Board and all fans of the Football Club Željezničar, the players expressed regret for the poor results and promised better performances in the upcoming matches.

– We apologize to everyone who has the blue color in their hearts for the displayed game and effort in the match against the team Mladost. We are aware that the game and effort were not at the level befitting the Football Club Željezničar. On this occasion, we especially thank our loyal fans who were the better part of our Želja in the last match, and we promise to thank them for their unreserved support on the field in the upcoming matches - stated on behalf of the players, the team captain, Marijan Antolović.

Regardless of the poor results in the first six rounds of the championship, the goal of the Football Club Željezničar remains the same, and that is the fight for the championship title of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the help of our loyal fans.

The chosen ones of Milomir Odović in the match against Mladost particularly disappointed the fans of this club, who demand more effort in the blue jersey.
