Zrinjski footballers today learned the name of their potential opponent in the third qualifying round of the Champions League, should they advance further. If the BiH champion Zrinjski passes Legia, they will take over their coefficient and become seeded, and would play against a non-seeded team in the third qualifying round.
By draw, it was decided that the potential opponents for our champion would be Slovakia's Trenčín or Slovenia's Olimpija.
Zrinjski drew the first match against Legia (1:1), while Trenčín won in Ljubljana (4:3).
The matches are played on July 26/27 and August 2/3.
