Unification of MUP unions in FBiH

The 2nd reporting Assembly of the Union of Employees of the Federal Ministry of Interior (SSFMUP) was held at the Police Hall in Sarajevo, attended by 38 delegates from all organizational units, reports the BH news agency Patria.

Reports from the Supervisory Board, the Solidarity Fund, and the report on the work of the Management Board (MB) for the period May 2013 – February 2015 were considered, which were adopted after discussion but with delegate criticism. They demanded that legality in the work of the union and the fight for workers' rights be prioritized.

- After more than three hours of session, the Assembly passed a Conclusion obliging the Management Board of SSFMUP to prepare an Extraordinary Election Assembly of the union within 30 days, at which new leadership of our union will be elected. The Assembly also made another important decision, which is to unite and join the newly formed Federation of Unions of Police and Employees of the Ministries of Interior of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - stated Adis Muhibić, President of the Assembly of the Union of Employees of FMUP.
