IRA Extends Working Hours of Customs Service at Gradiška Customs Office!

(Patria) - The Indirect Taxation Authority (IRA) is extending the working hours of the customs service at the Gradiška Customs Office on Thursdays and Fridays until 10:00 PM.

The Indirect Taxation Authority informs all indirect tax payers, customs system users and the public that the customs service at the Gradiška Customs Office will work extended hours on Thursdays and Fridays, until 10:00 PM.

The regular working hours of the customs service at this customs office are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, but a decision has been made to extend working hours on days with the largest crowds and increased traffic of goods and transport vehicles entering Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The extension of working hours has been introduced with the aim of providing additional support to businesses and all users of customs services, and to speed up the flow of goods and reduce waiting times, which are particularly pronounced on Thursdays and Fridays.

Through these activities, the IRA strives to meet the needs of the business community and enable more efficient customs procedures, while reducing delays and easing border traffic.

The Indirect Taxation Authority will continue to monitor the situation on the ground in the coming period and, in accordance with the needs of the economy and traffic intensity, will take measures to improve customs procedures and provide higher quality services to users.
