(Patria) - Police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton have arrested another man on suspicion of participating in the incident in Ferhadija on May 15, when two shop windows were damaged with red paint and the symbol "4S" was written on the buildings.
As confirmed by the MUP KS, the suspect is E. P. (1986) from the Ilidža area, who was arrested today, after S. Č. (1987) was brought in yesterday for the same case. Both individuals are currently under police supervision and are undergoing criminal processing.
The suspects are accused of the criminal offense of inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance, for which the Criminal Code of the Federation of BiH prescribes a prison sentence of three months to three years.
The incident caused numerous public reactions, and the police are continuing their investigation to determine all circumstances and the possible involvement of other individuals in this case. The duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton has been informed of everything.
