UDT forms case against Kajganić and Mijović based on prosecutor Pašić's report

(Patria) - The Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office has registered a case based on the report submitted by Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Džermin Pašić, against the Chief Prosecutor of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, Milanko Kajganić, and BiH Prosecutor's Office prosecutor, Vedrana Mijović, the UDT of the HJPC stated in response to Patria's inquiry.

The HJPC released a public statement this morning regarding three letters sent by prosecutor Džermin Pašić over the past six months. Two letters were forwarded to the UDT, and after the criminal complaint filed by Pašić on November 12th against Kajganić and Mijović for their actions in the Dodik, Stevandić, and Višković case, the UDT formed a case.

In the letters Pašić sent to the HJPC, allegations were made about the relationships within the BiH Prosecutor's Office, specifically that Kajganić makes decisions unilaterally, which also resulted in decisions concerning the Dodik and others case.
