
(Patria) - The Association 'Woman-Victim of War' on 03/11/2025, through the protocol of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, filed a criminal complaint against Miroslav Kraljević for committing a criminal offense under Article 145/a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance, and glorifying convicted war criminals Ratko Mladić and Radovan Karadžić.
Miroslav Kraljević, the current mayor of Vlasenica municipality, gave statements to the media, among other things, glorifying convicted war criminals, all of which was covered on the Facebook social network by the portal 'Info portal opštine Vlasenica' on 03/09/2025, when a memorial service was held for 15 residents of Drvenča, members of the 327th Motorized Brigade, who died in the area of the village of Cerska in Vlasenica 32 years ago defending the Serb population and territory.
We wish to note that proceedings are underway against Miroslav Kraljević before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he is accused as a former commander of a special unit for the persecution of Bosniak civilians in Vlasenica, through unlawful detention, murders, sexual abuse, torture, disappearances, and other inhumane acts committed in 1992 and 1993.
