Association 'Volunteers and Friends of the Konjic Region' announces major anniversaries

(Patria) - The Association 'Volunteers and Friends of the Konjic Region' (VIPK) held its Reporting and Election Assembly today at the premises of the Youth Council of Konjic Municipality, where key mandates were confirmed and all reports and work plans for the upcoming period were adopted.

Semira Inajetović was entrusted with a new mandate as President of the Association, while Adis Muhibić remained President of the Assembly. Sarah Hebibović and Dino Muhibić were elected to the Assembly.

The association announced the marking of important anniversaries – 20 years of VIPK and 10 years of the NoviKonjic.ba portal, as well as the organization of the "Carnival of Children's Smiles 2025" which will be held on December 27th, with registration for children starting on December 2nd at Caffe CUP 2.

The VIPK Association has been actively operating since 2006, and was formally registered in 2013. Their mission is to strengthen the local community through volunteerism, tolerance, democracy, and the active participation of youth in social life.

Through projects and cooperation with local authorities, educational institutions, and other non-governmental organizations, VIPK develops responsibility, empathy, and social cohesion among young people. Due to its dedicated work, the Association has received multiple awards, including recognition from the US Embassy in BiH for Champions of Volunteerism.

Through its activities, VIPK strives to build a strong and supportive community, whose activists represent a positive example of the new generation of youth in Konjic.
