Student who shot another student this morning handed over to KS Prosecutor's Office

(Patria) - The minor suspected of wounding another minor in the lower leg with a firearm this morning has been handed over to the KS Prosecutor's Office.

He will be detained for 24 hours, and within that legal period, the prosecutor in charge will decide on further measures, the Prosecutor's Office stated, as reported by RSE.

A minor shot another minor in the courtyard of the Secondary School of Metal Trades

(Patria) - Center Police Department received information at 8:00 AM about an incident in the courtyard of the Secondary School of Metal Trades in which one student was injured. Upon arriving at the scene, police officers determined that one minor had used a firearm.

An unnamed student shot another student this morning in the schoolyard in Sarajevo, police announced.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS stated that the police were notified at eight o'clock this morning about an "incident" in front of the Secondary School of Metal Trades, in which one student was injured.

"Upon arriving at the scene, police officers determined that one minor used a firearm and wounded another minor in the lower leg," the statement from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS reads.

The injured minor was transported to the University Clinical Center Sarajevo (KCUS), where he was diagnosed with minor bodily injuries.

(Patria) - The minor who shot another minor this morning in the courtyard of the Secondary School of Metal Trades has been deprived of his liberty and is undergoing criminal processing.

In recent days, Sarajevo's primary and secondary schools have been dealing with dozens of false bomb threats, and threats have also been made to courts, airports, and barracks of the Armed Forces across the country.

Several minors have been identified and apprehended so far.
