Students in Jablanica return to school today

(Patria) - The Municipal Civil Protection Headquarters of Jablanica has issued an order according to which, where possible, regular classes in primary and secondary schools will resume today.

For students who are unable to attend, classes will be organized online.

At the session of the Civil Protection Headquarters held last week, it was stated that all available machinery and personnel are engaged in damage repair, i.e., clearing the terrain and providing assistance to the endangered population.

Numerous road communications in the Jablanica area are still conditionally passable, and all available resources are constantly working to re-establish road communications, which have suffered enormous damage.

Catastrophic floods hit the Herzegovina-Neretva and Central Bosnia Cantons on the night between October 3 and 4. In the HNK area, 24 people died.
