Convincing victory: Nermin Nikšić is the new old president of the SDP

Current SDP BiH president Nermin Nikšić is convincingly leading the race for SDP president, receiving the most support in Sarajevo Canton, Tuzla Canton (except the city of Tuzla), Una-Sana Canton, and Central Bosnia Canton, the Patria agency learns from sources close to the SDP.

We remind you that 60 percent of voters out of 27,000 registered, which is around 15,000, turned out to vote. 

The vote counting will last until 9 PM, after which the results will be announced. Besides Nikšić, the candidates in the race were Miro Lazović, Svetozar Pudarić, Emir Đikić, and Jasmin Imamović.

Nikšić said today after voting in his hometown of Konjic that today's elections will be a great victory for the SDP.
