Bosnia and Herzegovina tennis team to play against Poland in Zenica Arena

From February 3 to 5, as part of Group I of the Europe/Africa Zone of the Davis Cup, the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team will play against Poland in the Zenica Arena. The captain's armband is worn by Tomislav Brkić, and besides him, the team will also feature
Mirza Bašić, Damir Džumhur and Nerman Fatić.

- In agreement with all players, we decided to entrust this role to Tomislav Brkić, the oldest player with the longest tenure on the team, and he is fully ready to take on the responsibility - says Senad Hadžimešić,
director of the Tennis Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

- The players proposed me, and I accepted to be captain in this round, and I think that doesn't change anything because we will give our best as we always have - says Brkić.

The colors of the Polish team will be defended by Kamil Majchrzak, Hubert Hurkacz, Lukasz Kubot, Marcin Matkowski.

The biggest challenge for Bosnian tennis players is the Polish pair Kubot/Matkowski because they are top doubles players who are highly ranked on the ATP doubles list, occupying 24th and 31st place.
