(Patria) – Despite tightened emergency measures at the state level, the number of coronavirus infections continues to rise in Turkey.
On Saturday, that number was 23,934, a jump of 3,000 cases in just 24 hours.
The number of deaths is 501, an increase of 76 from the previous day.
Turkey tested 19,664 people in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of tested citizens to 161,380, announced the Minister of Health Fahrettin Koca.
