MOSTAR, (Patria) - A patient from Široki Brijeg, infected with coronavirus, died tonight at the University Clinical Hospital in Mostar, confirmed by the Civil Protection Headquarters of the West Herzegovina Canton.
"We were informed by SKB Mostar that the first infected person from the village of Jare near Široki Brijeg died in the evening hours," the Headquarters stated.
The elderly patient had been unwell for days and was on a respirator. This is the second death in the West Herzegovina Canton. A patient from Grude died a few days ago.
So far, 10 people have died from coronavirus in BiH.
