First case of coronavirus confirmed in Široki Brijeg, part of medical staff must self-isolate

(Patria) - The first case of coronavirus infection has been identified in Široki Brijeg, which is also the first case of infection in the West Herzegovina Canton (ZHK). With this infected person, we have a total of 137 infected people in BiH. The first infected person with coronavirus in Široki Brijeg is an elderly woman who is accommodated in the Clinic for Infectious Diseases of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar.

As the elderly woman had been in contact with medical staff of the Emergency Medical Service and the Health Center Široki Brijeg, several doctors and nurses had to go into self-isolation.
