The men's senior national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will participate in the pre-qualifiers for the 2019 World Cup in August, gathered yesterday according to the pre-determined plan and program at the "Holiday" hotel in Sarajevo, reports Patria agency.
Due to a larger number of injured players who were on the initial list of coach Duško Vujošević, the BiH Basketball Federation decided to wait for medical examinations scheduled for this morning before issuing a statement.
Medical examinations determined that Elmedin Kikanović, Milan Milošević, Andrija Stipanović, and Emir Sulejmanović are currently not medically fit to undergo national team preparations and participate in the pre-qualifying matches for the World Cup.
Miralem Halilović submitted the proper medical documentation to the Federation's office; he will undergo surgery today.
Kenan Karahodžić, Nemanja Gordić, Imran Polutak, and Jusuf Nurkić did not appear at yesterday's roll call without prior explanation, while Alex Renfroe will join the national team on July 14th due to private commitments, in agreement with the coaching staff.
The final list of 17 players who will be available to coach Vujošević during the preparation period is as follows:

The senior national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will have its first training session tonight in the Skenderija hall, and tomorrow morning they will travel to Sveti Martin na Muri, where they will stay until July 11th.
BiH will play its first training matches on July 12th and 13th against Belarus in Sarajevo.
