RS: 38 new cases, 200 infected in total

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the Republika Srpska, 38 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, said the Minister of Health and Social Protection of Srpska, Alen Šeranić.

This brings the total number of infected in Srpska to 200.

Šeranić said that 403 samples were tested in the last 24 hours, of which 38 are positive for coronavirus. These are 20 women and 18 men.

He said that two healthcare workers from the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska are also infected.

Yesterday, the first death from coronavirus was registered in Republika Srpska. An elderly woman admitted to the University Clinical Centre of Republika Srpska with a severe clinical picture died. She was from Ribnik, about 80 years old.
