RS: 25 new cases, 226 infected in total

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) – RS Minister of Health Alen Šeranić said at today's press conference that 179 people were tested in the last 24 hours, and 25 new cases of coronavirus have been confirmed.

Of these, 12 are women and 13 are men. Twenty people are from Banja Luka, 4 from Laktaši.

“Twelve people have been hospitalized. We also tested people from UKC RS who were in contact with a positive doctor and nurse, and all tests are negative.

In addition to family clusters, some cases are appearing where there is no source, which means the virus is circulating,” said Šeranić.

In RS, a total of 1,649 people have been tested, and there are 226 positive cases of coronavirus in total.

At UKC RS, 37 patients with moderate symptoms are admitted, and eight are on ventilators.

13,515 people are under health supervision, 6,367 have been released from health supervision.
