Coronavirus confirmed in 13 more people in RS

BANJA LUKA, (Patria) - Since the last report on the epidemiological situation in Republika Srpska, in the last 24 hours, 237 laboratory samples were tested at the Institute of Public Health of Republika Srpska and the University Hospital Foča, and the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has been confirmed in 13 people in Republika Srpska.

These are nine women and four men, of whom five are younger, four middle-aged, and four elderly. According to their place of residence, six people are from Modriča, three from Doboj, and two each from Banja Luka and Kotor Varoš.

So far, 1,408 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Republika Srpska, and a total of 110 people have died who tested positive for the new coronavirus.

In Republika Srpska, a total of 904 people have recovered from the new coronavirus, and a total of 27,051 people have been tested for (SARS-CoV-2).

The total number of hospitalized patients is 104, with 37 at the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska and 67 in general hospitals.

In the COVID-19 Department of the UCC of Republika Srpska, 26 patients with severe and moderate clinical conditions are hospitalized, while eight patients are in isolation. 

The total number of people with a positive SARS-CoV-2 test with mild clinical symptoms or no symptoms in isolation facilities is 92.

In Republika Srpska, 2,110 people are currently under health supervision, and supervision has been completed for 33,107 people.
