Traditional Eid Greetings Held at the Riyaset

(Patria) - Traditional Eid greetings were held at the Riyaset administrative building with Reis-ul-Ulema Husein Kavazović.

The Reis-ul-Ulema led the Eid prayer this morning at the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque in Sarajevo.

On the second day of Ramadan Eid, the Islamic Community marks the Day of Martyrs, and on this occasion, the central program will be held at the Kovači Martyrs' Cemetery in Sarajevo, starting at 10:00 AM.

The program includes delegations paying their respects and laying flowers at the central plateau, followed by the grave of the first President of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Alija Izetbegović, in the same order.

After that, starting at 10:30 AM, the religious part of the program will follow, organized by the Military Muftiate. Military imams will recite Yasin and short Quranic verses, and the deputy Reis-ul-Ulema, Prof. Dr. Enes Ljevaković, will recite a prayer.

The protocol plans for the Reis-ul-Ulema of the Islamic Community, Husein-ef. Kavazović, to address the attendees afterwards.
